All central IT services at the university are fully operational, unless otherwise noted on the Alerts & Outages page in ServiceNow. Most ITS staff are working remotely to follow recommended social distancing guidelines.
Extended operating hours for phone and email support:
- Monday-Friday, 6am-10pm
- Saturday and Sunday, 10am-5pm

- Onsite at FAC 30 - Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9am-1pm

University Data Center
The UDC is currently running on a reduced on site staffing. Tier I staff are on site 24/7 to provide monitoring services. Tier II staff are working remotely and are on call to provide physical support to customers with coordination. Any requests from customers supporting critical services will be coordinated for an immediate response. All other requests will be queued and batched for processing by a member of the Tier II staff coming onsite to the data center.
The ITS warehouse is open from 7:30am-4pm, Monday-Friday. The warehouse is located in room 222G of the Service Building at 304 E. 24th St., Austin, TX 78712. Call 512-471-2141 for more information.
