Transition plans for groups and customers are:
- The GEEI project team will migrate active permanent groups and their associated authorizations.
- Custom groups will not be transitioned by the project team. However, moderators who wish to transition a custom group to Emma will be able to submit a request to the Group Email team.
Supporting and planning documents for the Group Email Emma Implementation project are available to current UT Austin staff and faculty.

The Group Email team will host office hours to assist customers with any questions related to the new Emma-based Group Email system. These are scheduled:
- Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1-2 pm, from 7/23 - 8/29
- In FAC 330, except
- Th, 7/25 - FAC 332
- Th, 8/29 - FAC 328
