Testing for the PNA and Resnet account management transition to UT ServiceNow has been completed. Release of the new functionality is currently scheduled for May 10, 2018.
The Office 365 mailbox management transition team is working on a high-level solution design, to be completed by early May. The solution will then be reviewed with administrative customers.
