Development and testing for the PNA and Resnet account management transition to UT ServiceNow are in progress. Release of the new functionality is currently scheduled for May 2018.
The team supporting the Office 365 transition from TRAC to UT ServiceNow is working on a solution proposal which may include some changes to business processes. This proposal will soon be reviewed with key service customers.
