On Nov. 1, 2022, Information Technology Services (ITS) will begin deleting over-quota data, deleting shared drives, and deactivating inactive UTmail accounts. You must review your UTmail Google storage and take action before Nov. 1, 2022. Please see the quota instructions below.
Please note that the university will continue to offer the UTmail Google service.
A new guide to migrate your UTmail Google account to a personal account is available for retirees and alumni.
To date, the quotas have been applied to 71.5% of UTmail Google accounts that were already under quota.
