On Nov. 1, 2022, Information Technology Services (ITS) will begin deleting over-quota data, shared drives, and inactive UTmail accounts. You must review your UTmail Google storage and take action before Nov. 1, 2022.
The School of Information, in collaboration with ITS, has created a set of documents and online videos to assist faculty and staff to migrate their UTmail account data to Office 365. This complements the guide to migrate your UTmail Google account to a personal account for retirees and alumni.
ITS is prepared to apply quotas to UTmail accounts, delete over-quota data, and delete inactive accounts beginning Nov. 1, and urges users who may be affected to take action or reach out for help as soon as possible to avoid losing data.
